Taizo produces EHR-ready output for any system: one click copies your note or letter formatted for pasting into EMIS, SystmOne, Dentally, Epic, or any other record system — including a plain-text version for fields that strip formatting. Direct integrations are on our roadmap; talk to us about which system you use.
Taizo listens during the consultation (with patient consent). Our AI transcribes, structures, and formats clinical notes in real time. We never store audio — only the text notes are saved.
Yes. Taizo ships structured templates for all 87 NHS specialties, and every one is customisable. You can also build your own from scratch in the template builder and share it across your practice.
Not at all. Taizo works with the built-in microphone on your laptop, tablet or phone — no special hardware. An external microphone can help in noisy rooms, but it isn't required.
Taizo is built and operated for UK GDPR. Data is hosted in the UK and encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not train AI models on patient data. Recordings are retained only as long as needed to produce and correct the note, then automatically deleted. We are not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified and do not claim to be.
